Is the free plan really free, forever?

Yes. 20 questions a day, every day. No card needed.

What's the 7-day trial?

Every new sign-up gets 7 days of Premium access automatically — tutor and voice included. No card. After 7 days, you stay on the Free plan unless you upgrade.

What if my Family grows past 6 kids?

Switch to Institution — it starts at 25 seats and scales to 250 self-serve. Beyond 250, contact us and we'll quote you directly.

Can I switch plans or change kid count later?

Yes. Manage everything from Account → Manage billing. Switching to a larger seat tier prorates immediately; switching down takes effect at your next renewal.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You keep your tier through the end of the current billing period, then drop to Free.

Does Family share my data with the kids' accounts?

The owner sees aggregate progress + a weekly digest. Individual conversations and per-question attempts stay with the student. Other parents/teachers linked to the same kid can see each other by name + role so you can coordinate.
